We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a prestigious automotive Centre, providing an exceptional welcome and hospitality experience to every customer who walks through the door.
The role:
- Meet and warmly welcome customers and visitors
- Provide a consistently high standard of customer service and hospitality
- Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their visit
- Maintain the presentation of the customer lounge and refreshment areas
- Keep the coffee station fully stocked and presentable
- Load and unload the dishwasher and keep kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Ensure customer-facing areas are consistently maintained to a high standard
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Support the wider team with ad hoc reception and administrative duties
- Ensure every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience
About you:
- Candidates must be flexible to work weekends (Saturdays)
- Professional, warm and naturally hospitable
- Experienced within hotel reception, hospitality or another high-end customer-facing environment
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Fluent / highly proficient in English
- Immaculately presented with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working to very high standards
- Naturally proactive and able to keep themselves occupied during quieter periods
- Confident answering the telephone and handling basic reception duties
- Reliable, professional and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Hotel and luxury hospitality experience would be particularly well suited to this role.
