We're looking for a bright, organised and proactive Office Administrator to become a key part of a small and growing team. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to take ownership, get involved across the business and develop your responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
The role:
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Updating client records and case information
- Liaising with clients, partners and service providers
- Diary management and scheduling
- Raising invoices and tracking payments
- Supporting the Directors with general administration and projects
- Helping to maintain and improve internal processes
About you:
You'll be organised, switched-on and confident managing a varied workload. You'll have:

- Good Microsoft Office skills

Previous office or administration experience would be beneficial, although attitude and potential are equally important.
