Our client, a large multi-site organisation, is seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to lead the strategic and operational management of a diverse property portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring property lease and facilities services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively while supporting long-term organisational objectives.

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum

Remote, Field-Based Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-site property portfolio, overseeing estates, facilities, and leasing activities
  • Lead planned, reactive, and statutory maintenance programmes
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Oversee lease management, supplier performance, and stakeholder relationships
  • Lead property projects including acquisitions, disposals, relocations, and refurbishments
  • Drive asset lifecycle planning, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement

Skills and Experience:

  • RICS, IWFM, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Significant experience in estates, facilities, or property management
  • Proven track record managing multi-site portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, facilities management, and lease administration
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering operational efficiencies
