We're representing a rapidly growing manufacturing and engineering business based in Windsor, currently seeking a proactive Senior Order Processor to take ownership of core administrative operations and support the wider team in delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, commercially aware role with real scope to make an impact and help shape internal processes as the business continues to grow.
Location: Windsor (office based)
Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 9am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all administration functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Place purchase orders and acknowledge sales orders with precision and timeliness
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to monitor order progress and resolve delays
- Handle customer queries around pricing, deliveries and order status in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance and upkeep of the ISO9001 quality management system
- Provide occasional quotations and administrative support for the commercial team
- Has solid experience in order processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Thrives in a growing business where they can take initiative and drive efficiency
- Is confident in communicating with suppliers and customers at all levels
- Understands the importance of ISO quality standards and compliance processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with IT systems including Microsoft Office, experience with SAGE would be advantageous
