We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our client’s well-established organisation with a diverse workforce and multiple specialist departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and help shape a first-class candidate experience.
Location: Windsor
Salary: Circa 40,000 per annum DOE
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisation
- Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation
- Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
- Managing advertising across job boards, careers sites and social media
- Proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels
- Screening applications, coordinating shortlists and arranging interviews
- Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processes
- Conducting interviews where required
- Managing offers and providing a positive candidate experience throughout
- Maintaining and optimising the ATS
- Producing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data
- Reviewing salary benchmarking for new and replacement positions
- Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms where appropriate
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed
- Supervising and mentoring Recruitment Administrators
