Have you got experience with streamlining and updating business operations to ensure ISO 9001 compliance? We are looking for a quality assurance professional to manage our clients' inventory control and customs function whilst ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong operational management background and a keen eye for detail and organisation.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Reading

Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality management systems to ensure business compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards
- Order management and customs query escalations
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding order updates
- Oversee procurement functions to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfilment of orders, managing any discrepancies
- Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for external audits
- Identify and implement new quality control procedures - operational and systems
Skills and experience:
- Experience of ISO9001 quality compliance and management
- Previous operational business experience
- Excellent organisation and order management skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
