We are representing a rapidly growing manufacturing and engineering business based in Windsor, currently seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administration Manager to take ownership of core administrative operations and support the wider team in delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, commercially aware role with real scope to make an impact and help shape internal processes as the business continues to grow.

Location: Windsor (office based)

Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 9am - 16:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office administration functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Place purchase orders and acknowledge sales orders with precision and timeliness
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to monitor order progress and resolve delays
  • Handle customer queries around pricing, deliveries and order status in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance and upkeep of the ISO9001 quality management system
  • Provide occasional quotations and administrative support for the commercial team

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience in office management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Thrives in a growing business where they can take initiative and drive efficiency
  • Is confident in communicating with suppliers and customers at all levels
  • Understands the importance of ISO quality standards and compliance processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with IT systems including Microsoft Office, experience with SAGE would be advantageous
  • Is detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities without missing a beat
  • Possesses a strong commercial mindset with a willingness to support quoting and order fulfilment tasks
