We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our client's growing business on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, offering support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The hours can be relatively flexible spread across 5 days of the week or condensed to 3 full days.

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 FTE, DOE

Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate meetings including sending out invites and preparing meeting rooms
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute notes in a timely manner
  • Monitor actions and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Provide any requested administrative support to the CEO
  • Oversee general facilities management and day-to-day office operations
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including routine checks (e.g. fire safety equipment)
  • Manage office supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Act as a key point of contact for office-related queries
  • Other adhoc responsibilities as required
