Job Title: Finance Assistant Location: Tadley Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and input transactions using NetSuite Process and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and payments Liaise with other departments to clear invoice holds and resolve queries Assist with month-end closing and prepare payment runs Monitor overhead spend and review employee expense claims Ensure financial documents are organised, audit-ready, and compliant Respond to finance-related queries and support with general admin tasks, including booking travel and vehicle servicingSkills & Experience: Working knowledge of Netsuite or similar software Excellent attention to detail and time management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Background in administration, bookkeeping, or data analysis Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
