We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Group Finance Director to support a growing privately owned international group experiencing a period of corporate restructuring, systems transformation and strategic development. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will provide senior financial leadership across the Group, driving key strategic projects, improving financial governance, supporting future acquisition and disposal activity, and delivering tangible commercial value through operational efficiencies and cost optimisation. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic vision and practical execution within a complex multinational environment.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Finance Director (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience operating at Group Finance Director or CFO level.
- Proven track record within multinational organisations.
- Extensive experience managing multi-currency environments, intercompany transactions and recharges, group consolidations, and international treasury operations.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing and cross-border tax considerations.
- Experience leading complex corporate restructurings.
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, disposals and post-transaction integration activities.
- Experience working across both corporate and SME environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and board-level communication skills.
