Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm - Fully office based

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 2 months

Hourly Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour - depending on experience

Our client based in Ascot are seeking a highly organised data administrator to come and join their team on a temporary basis for 2 months. You will be joining a friendly, welcoming and hard-working team who need an extra pair of hands during a very busy period.

You must have high attention to detail and be confident managing a busy workload; this is a fast-paced and varied position.

Responsibilities include however are not limited to:

  • Maintaining accurate records and actioning all data entry requirements
  • Acting as a first point of contact via phone and email
  • Managing a high volume of enquiries
  • Preparing and coordinating packs
  • Liaising with other departments and providing support when needed

About You:

  • Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and remain calm under pressure
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data entry
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ideally experienced within a busy sales, customer service, or admissions environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
