The predicted salary is between 15.54 - 15.54 Β£ per hour.

Our client is seeking a professional individual with strong communication skills to come and join their busy team on a temporary basis. Within this role you will be resolving issues during the first interaction in a timely manner whilst providing high quality customer service.

Responsibilities include however are not limited to:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone
  • Resolving issues and providing effective solutions
  • Using internal systems and knowledge to support customers
  • Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment. Strong listening and communication skills along with a problem solving mindset is important and being comfortable working individually as well as in a team.

Duration: Temporary support for 12 months
