Our client is a growing FMCG business looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee client projects from concept through to commercial delivery. Acting as the key point of contact throughout the development phase, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Location: Camberley
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior commercial stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover from concept stage into active project delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the development phase, building strong and lasting relationships
- Drive projects forward, coordinating activities across product development, packaging, operations, and commercial teams
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and project milestones to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure solutions remain commercially viable while meeting client requirements and business objectives
- Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Support the successful transition of projects into long-term account management, ensuring continuity and clear communication
- Maintain accurate project documentation, action plans, and progress updates
- Stay informed on market developments, innovation, and emerging trends to support future opportunities
About You:
- Experience in Project Management, Account Management, FMCG, NPD, manufacturing, or another product-led environment
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, costings, or margins
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership
