Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Consignment Specialist to manage inventory, customer orders, and consignment stock across a portfolio of key accounts. This role combines customer service, order management, inventory coordination, and process improvement responsibilities within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee consignment stock activities, including inventory monitoring, replenishment, contract administration, expiry management, and returns processing.
  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, delivery coordination, invoicing, and customer data maintenance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, stock availability, delivery issues, and account queries.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints, returns, and order-related discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and contract information.

Requirements
