A growing and ambitious organisation is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and driving growth.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activity, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and lead generation campaigns. You'll qualify opportunities, build strong relationships, and help convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Location: Bury, Manchester (must be a driver)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Follow up on enquiries and leads in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and secure profitable business opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
