Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their Commercial Services team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that orders and contracts are correctly processed whilst offering general administrative support to the wider team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next steps in their career, where you will have opportunity to progress and develop your skillset.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and on time, making sure they match POs
  • Ensure all relevant documents are recorded on the CRM
  • Ensure prices are correct from suppliers and raise POs as appropriate
  • Keep customers updated and complete all checks to avoid mistakes
  • Send out invoices and complete assigned reports
  • Assist other departments with queries and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with the team and escalate issues to the line Manager as appropriate
  • Process new and renewal contracts
  • Maintain contracts with accurate details avoiding discrepancies and update suppliers with any relevant information
