The Position
- Reporting into the UK Sales Manager, the company is expanding their High-Value sales team following a re-alignment of their territories.
- The North-East region is a strategic focus for them with a variety of end user sectors aligning well with their Workwear and Textile Wiping solutions from industrial & manufacturing through to Chemical and Print.
- As a key part of the sales team, the purpose of the role is to build new customer relationships in the field targeting (High-Value) large end users to deliver tailored solutions to meet their on-site needs.
- Business is won on a contractual basis, so the role requires the organisation to identify the opportunities, prospect and collaborate with key stakeholders to convert and provide a timely solution at the end of their current contract term.
The sales person profile
- The attributes are quite unique as we require someone with the resilience to prospect for new business opportunities coupled with a consultative selling style when you're on site with client stakeholders to listen and understand their individual challenges.
- Ideally suited for a salesperson already within the textile rental sector, who has experience winning large / multi-site accounts.
- Alternatively, a motivated salesperson from related fields such as corporate workwear, industrial / safety distribution or perhaps washroom & hygiene supplies.
- Your knowledge of large end user contracts within the region could play to your advantage!
- You will be confident in prospecting and managing a large pipeline of opportunities through the sales funnel.
