They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be a part of this team, converting inbound opportunities to qualified leads for the Account Executive team to then close off.

Responsibilities:
- As an SDR, your role involves identifying and generating new qualified sales prospects from inbound leads on behalf of Account Executives.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to generate sales-ready leads and opportunities.
- Engage and nurture potential clients through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email communication.
- Consistently meet daily outbound outreach quotas.
- Become an expert in the company’s product offering

- Sales experience in a fast-paced outbound environment
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-energy sales team environment.
- Strong, positive phone communication, exceptional listening abilities, and excellent writing skills

- £25,000 – £30,000 base + £16,000 OTE uncapped with earning accelerators after targets have been hit
