- Location: Hybrid working, with travel to Midlands offices and acquisition locations across the UK
- Office expectation: Approximately 2 days per week in office/on-site

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisition and integration programmes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities across leadership teams, operational functions and newly acquired businesses.
- Conduct organisational impact assessments and identify key change risks and mitigation actions.
- Establish communications plans that support adoption, engagement and organisational readiness.
- Drive cultural integration initiatives and support alignment of values, behaviours and ways of working.
- Coordinate readiness activities ahead of key integration milestones.
- Support training planning, knowledge transfer and user adoption activities.
- Monitor engagement, adoption and change outcomes, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.
- Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards and governance materials.
- Partner with programme, project and business teams to ensure successful integration outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering business change, transformation or organisational change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple levels of an organisation.
- Experience developing and executing structured change management approaches.
- Background in business readiness, communications, training and adoption activities.
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Highly Desirable
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations or large-scale organisational change.
