This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making.

HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Urban Search and Rescue (US&R) Field Service Representative (FSR) to work out of our Abingdon, MD office in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Command and Control CBRN Response Enterprise (C2CRE-A) mission. This is a temporary position through August 2025.

What You Will Do:

  • Conducting Preventative and Corrective Maintenance and Functional Testing.
  • Conducting Inventories.
  • Providing On-Site Support (at Unit locations).
  • Documenting (Creating After Action Reviews, check lists, etc.).
  • Creating and Tracking Work Orders within the Logistics Information System (Maxmio 7.6).
  • Creating & updating equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues (on-site & off-site).
  • Travel ~30% of the year.
  • Providing instructional guidance on equipment.
  • Develop and update classes.
  • Maintain Contingency Equipment Sets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Firefighting experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Military background.
  • Familiarization with the C2CRE-Army Mission.
  • Familiarization with emergency management principles.
  • Familiarization with OSHA and NFPA regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarization with using Logistic Information System(s).

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work in warehouse and field locations/environments.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
