Role
We are looking for a street cleanser driver to join our team. You will help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our streets, highways and public open spaces during the weekend. You will be responsible for ensuring that Huntingdonshire remains a clean, safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a street cleansing driver on weekends, supporting cleaning operations across streets, highways and public spaces.
- Carry out manual tasks as required to keep areas clean and well-presented.
Qualifications
- Full manual driving licence.
- Understanding of street cleansing operations.
- Experience of working in an outdoor environment undertaking a range of manual tasks.
Other requirements
- This post requires a drug and alcohol test on appointment.
- An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
