We’re looking for a qualified, enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our friendly and forward-thinking team at our new leisure centre in Sawtry. As a vital part of our swim programme, you’ll deliver high-quality lessons that inspire, motivate, and develop swimmers of all ages and abilities. A recognised swimming teaching qualification (Swim England or STA Level 2) is required. A passion for teaching and a positive, can-do attitude are essential. Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with swimmers and parents are also important. Not qualified yet? Aspiring swim teachers are welcome!
