Our dynamic leisure centre is currently seeking a dedicated Leisure Centre Supervisor to oversee our facility’s operations and staff. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensuring the centre is run effectively and efficiently, you’ll lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence in service delivery., Although you’ll be required to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), if this role sounds perfect but you don’t currently hold it, don’t be put off – we can provide you with everything you need to become qualified!

We’ll arrange interviews for suitable candidates whilst the campaign is running which will include a swim test where the following will be assessed:

-Swim 50m in less than 1 minute

-Swim 100m continuously on your front then 100m on your back

-Tread in deep water for more than 30 seconds

-Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool

-Climb out of the pool unaided.
