Responsibilities

  • You will deliver and support the One Leisure Corporate and site‑specific systems, procedures and programmes to ensure a quality customer experience and exceptional service both within the poolside environment and dryside.
  • You will also be responsible for Key Performance Areas, which you oversee and develop in line with the One Leisure Business Strategy.
  • You will be an organised person who is able to effectively lead a team, and all deputise for the General Manager when required.
  • You will be proactive in the way that you work and support your team to achieve the best out of them, no matter the situation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • You will have experience as a Supervisor or Manager within a leisure centre, swimming pool or fitness facility.
  • Ideally, you will hold qualifications in Lifeguarding, Pool Plant Operations and First Aid, although training can be provided to the right candidate.

This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check. An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
