About the role: We are looking for a Recovery Officer to work in our busy Recovery team, dealing with the collection, management and recovery of Council Tax and business rates. You'll be a highly motivated individual who:
- has excellent customer service skills to answer and deal with face-to-face enquiries from customers, as well as responding to telephone and written enquiries
- is a committed team player who can work on their own initiative to complete tasks and achieve targets
- can work under pressure to tight deadlines
- has experience of dealing with customer accounts.
An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
