We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at the One Leisure Huntingdon site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support the One Leisure Corporate and site‑specific systems, procedures and programmes to ensure a quality customer experience and exceptional service both within the poolside environment and dryside.
- Oversee and develop Key Performance Areas in line with the One Leisure Business Strategy.
- Lead and deputise for the General Manager where required, providing proactive support to the team to achieve their best.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, maintenance and operational standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder or strong potential for qualifications in Lifeguarding, Pool Plant Operations and First Aid.
- Experience leading teams in a leisure or similar environment.
- Organised, proactive and capable of working across a range of situations.
- Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one; role subject to satisfactory DBS.
