We are looking for a Recovery Officer to work in our busy Recovery team, dealing with the collection, management and recovery of Council Tax and business rates.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to answer and deal with face-to-face enquiries from customers, as well as responding to telephone and written enquiries.
  • Be a committed team player who can work on their own initiative to complete tasks and achieve targets.
  • Work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Deal with customer accounts.
Requirements:
  • An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
  • Has experience of dealing with customer accounts.
