I'm looking for a talented Senior Property Manager with Residential Block or Estates Management experience to join an Essex based Multi Award Winning House Builder, representing them as the Client-Side Senior Property Manager with existing and future Management Companies.
As the primary driver of the residential management activities, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of directly and indirectly managed properties as well as tendering and making recommendations for the appointment of Managing Agents for new developments.
You'll work together with the Director and other departments to deliver a cost-effective solution for the delivery of the management function, always having an awareness of the cost to the business and implement procedures and resolve management issues both reactively and proactively in the most cost-effective manner to add value to the business.
This is an interesting role, working directly for the House Builder to ensure their Developments are being managed effectively by their appointed Managing Agents as well as all the standard Property Management duties such as H&S compliance, dealing with maintenance issues, budgeting, compiling reports and accurately completing all associated paperwork.
