Hunters Legal is working with a leading law firm seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Private Wealth team, specialising in onshore private client matters.
The firm is renowned for its private wealth and real estate expertise, alongside strong corporate, commercial and dispute resolution practices.
Its award-winning Private Wealth team advises high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses across a broad range of complex wealth, property and succession matters, with a strong reputation in both the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and well-established Onshore Private Client team, working closely with experienced Private Client Partners and advising clients on a variety of sophisticated matters.
The role would suit a solicitor with experience gained within a leading London private client team or top-tier provincial firm, who is commercially minded and keen to work on high-quality matters for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of onshore private client matters, including wealth planning, succession planning and trusts.
- Managing and developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families and other private clients.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver a comprehensive private wealth service.
- Handling complex matters with a strong focus on client outcomes and commercial objectives.
- Supporting Partners and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in onshore private client work.
- Experience gained within a leading private client team at a London or top-tier regional firm.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Commercially aware with strong business acumen.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute to the wider team.
- Professional, adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
