A Top 50 Law Firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its national Employment team. The successful candidate will work with a high quality client portfolio across sectors including logistics, mobility, technology and AI, energy and infrastructure, living, and retail. The role offers significant responsibility, opportunities for client engagement and involvement in the development of key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Advise employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Manage complex employment tribunal litigation and support senior level corporate transactions.
- Deliver pragmatic, timely and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the overall client experience.
- Mentor, support and develop junior lawyers within the team.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the regional and national Employment team.
- Participate in client development initiatives, sector focused activities and wider BD projects.
- Take ownership of client and internal initiatives where appropriate.
