The successful candidate will play a central role in managing matters, advising clients on strategic and day‑to‑day employment issues, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued development of junior lawyers within the team. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of employment matters from inception through to conclusion.
- Advising clients on a broad range of day‑to‑day HR and strategic employment issues.
- Conducting employment litigation, including Employment Tribunal and High Court matters, with counsel where appropriate.
- Providing employment support on corporate and commercial transactions.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key day‑to‑day point of contact.
- Drafting clear, concise and commercially focused correspondence, pleadings, agreements and advisory documents.
