Hunters Legal is working with a Market Leading Regional Heavyweight Firm to recruit a Commercial Property / Real Estate Associate to join its established Real Estate team in the Thames Valley.
Role Overview
The Associate will work within a busy and well regarded Real Estate team advising on a broad range of commercial property matters. The role offers exposure to high quality work, close collaboration with colleagues across the wider commercial practice, and clear opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on commercial property and real estate matters including landlord and tenant work, occupier matters, investment transactions and property finance.
- Acting for a diverse client base including corporate landlords and occupiers, banks, investors, hospitality and leisure businesses, retailers, industrial operators, educational and sporting bodies, and infrastructure owners.
- Managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomy while working closely with senior team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to business development and marketing activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Real Estate and wider commercial teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid experience in commercial property and real estate matters, including complex transactions.
- Strong technical ability with good commercial awareness.
- High attention to detail and strong financial hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
