Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, services, distribution, agency, manufacturing, licensing and collaboration agreements.
- Advise clients on technology-related arrangements, including software licensing, digital transformation projects, outsourcing transactions, and technology procurement matters.
- Support corporate and private capital transactions through due diligence exercises and the preparation of ancillary commercial agreements.
- Provide pragmatic advice on contractual risk allocation, regulatory compliance, operational issues, and commercial strategy.
- Conduct legal research and remain informed on developments across commercial, technology, data, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Assist with multi-jurisdictional projects involving colleagues across different practice areas and international offices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal solutions.
- Participate in business-development initiatives, client events, thought-leadership projects, and marketing activities.
- Support the continued growth of the practice through market engagement and relationship building.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience advising on a broad range of commercial contractual matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to manage matters effectively.
