This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance lawyer to join a collaborative and expanding team working on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions.
The banking team advises both lenders and borrowers on a diverse range of finance matters, with a strong emphasis on real estate finance alongside wider corporate and private client-related transactions. Clients include banks, financial institutions, private equity investors, corporate borrowers, entrepreneurs and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The team is led by highly experienced partners and offers associates close partner interaction, meaningful client exposure and strong opportunities for professional development within a supportive and collegiate environment.
The Role
The successful candidate can expect a busy and varied workload across a range of financing transactions and advisory matters. Responsibilities will include:
- Advising lenders and borrowers on financing transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke finance documents and agreements.
- Managing transactions from the banking side through to completion.
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients.
- Providing commercially focused legal advice on banking matters.
- Working closely with colleagues across real estate, corporate and private client teams.
