A leading London law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Employment team. The role involves advising on a broad range of employment matters, handling employment tribunal litigation, and supporting transactional projects. The successful candidate will work with a varied client base across sectors such as finance, logistics, mobility, technology and retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice on a wide range of employment relations matters.
- Manage and progress employment tribunal litigation.
- Support corporate transactions including due diligence and drafting employment documentation.
- Deliver high quality, pragmatic and timely legal advice to employer clients, with some work for senior individuals as required.
- Manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Contribute to business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the national People and Reward group, including employment, immigration and pensions specialists.

The team is recognised for delivering excellent client service and advising on both contentious and non-contentious work. Experience in transactional support is preferred.
