The firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Family Lawyer to join its expanding team in Cambridge and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload of family law matters, delivering strategic, empathetic advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care. Key Responsibilities- Managing a broad range of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.
- Providing clear, strategic and commercially sound legal advice tailored to clients' individual circumstances.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, court applications, and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings where required.
