Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Testing: Conduct regular electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Fuse Board Replacements: Replace and upgrade fuse boards to enhance electrical safety and efficiency in residential units.
  • Smoke Detector Upgrades: Install and upgrade smoke detectors to meet current safety standards and provide reliable fire detection systems.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical systems within social housing properties.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an electrical contractor, preferably in a social housing or residential setting.
