Location: JCB World HQ, Rocester (near Uttoxeter)

Salary: £45,000 per year, paid weekly initially

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00, Friday 8:30-16:00

Hunters 4 Staff are delighted to be assisting our client to find an excellent Sales Support Administrator to join their small, friendly team based in Rocester. If you enjoy keeping things organised, supporting different departments, and making sure customers get the best service possible, this role will suit you well.

The role:

  • Monitoring of sales orders for out of process and actioning appropriately
  • Processing sales orders and proforma invoices for the expanding direct supply channel
  • Investigating invoicing queries and processing credit notes and reinvoicing
  • Managing specification changes on existing orders and liaising with Manufacturing Operations to get them implemented
  • Supporting the New Project Introduction team with test and evaluation machine orders
  • Handling requests through the web‑based helpdesk and routing queries to the right team
  • Actioning transfer requests between Dealers and Regions

What we're looking for:

  • Someone customer‑focused with a genuine commitment to great service
  • SAP S/4HANA or SAP JRP experience would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with Excel and general admin tasks
  • Able to communicate well at all levels within the organisation
  • Comfortable working to deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
