Qualified Person £110k total package (car allowance and bonus) – £95k basic Crawley – (nationwide travel to other factories, so could be based anywhere in UK), FT Perm A Qualified Person/Quality Director is required for Hunters’ prestigious healthcare-manufacturing client suited to a “Qualified Person” (licence to sign off oxygen batches through the Medicines & Healthcare productions Regulatory Agency) with experience in a similar role and with experience growing a team. Qualified Person- job • The Qualified Person is a senior-level executive and is part of the Senior Leadership team, and is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products, services, and processes. • Create a roadmap and action plan to achieve quality goals aligned with the company strategic objectives • Ensure documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions are in place to support quality processes • Ensure regulatory compliance • Lead initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies to enhance processes, reduce defects, and optimize resource utilization Qualified Person – fit • A “Qualified Person” • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences).
