Mortgage Administrator -The Role

You’ll provide essential administrative support to Mortgage Advisers and Directors, helping mortgage applications progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Managing day-to-day administration across a varied mortgage caseload
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, clients and other third parties to keep applications moving
• Preparing and checking documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance
• Maintaining accurate client records and keeping CRM systems up to date
• Prioritising tasks and following up on outstanding information to support timely case progression

Mortgage Administrator -About You

• Previous experience in mortgage administration
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident, professional communication and a customer-focused approach
• The ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using CRM systems
