Industrial Kitchen Cleaner
Location: Worthing
Type: Temp to perm
Hours: 25-35 hours per week (6–8-hour shifts)
Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
Shift start time: Between 7 AM and 2 PM
Requirements: Must have a full UK driving licence.
We are seeking an industrial kitchen cleaner for a busy, physical role requiring dedication to spotless cleanliness. The position offers flexible hours and is well suited to those who enjoy hands‑on work.
Responsibilities
- Deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Cleaning extractor fans, ovens, and other appliances
- Handling cleaning chemicals safely and following hygiene protocols
- Emptying bins and maintaining cleanliness in storage areas
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of health & safety
- COSH awareness
