- Operations Coordinator - Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate waste collections for new sites.
- Assist with the closure of storage units.
- Communicate updates relating to storage units and waste management to internal teams.
- Support colleagues across the Business Support team, providing cover during periods of absence.
- Assist the Logistics team with organising deliveries.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide general operational support as required.

- Previous experience within an administration, operations or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment.

- A positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
