Hunters' client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Technician with proven voids experience to join their team.
Multi-Trade Technician - The Role
- Carry out refurbishment and maintenance works within void properties, preparing homes ready for re-let
- Complete a range of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating and general maintenance works
- Assess jobs, identify materials and resolve issues using your own initiative
- Complete repairs efficiently, safely and to a high standard
- Record completed works and provide updates using mobile/PDA systems
Multi-Trade Technician - The Fit
- VOID PROPERTY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
- Proven experience working on void properties - MUST HAVE
- Strong carpentry and plumbing skills, ideally with 2+ years' experience
- Experience across additional trades such as plastering, decorating, flooring or tiling
- A reliable, professional approach with strong problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
- Experience installing non-slip vinyl flooring, such as Polysafe
- Familiarity with PDA/mobile job management systems
