A Property Restoration Technician is required for Hunters' client, a specialist company providing professional cleaning, repair, and restoration services to both commercial and residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in a growing specialist industry, with full training and qualification prospects available. You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points to be considered for this role. This position will be hired on a temp to perm basis.
The Role
- Attend restoration jobs allocated by the administration team
- Carry out strip‑out works following fire, water, mould, or accidental damage
- Restore and remediate damaged properties to a high standard
- Deliver effective solutions for property damage in both domestic and commercial settings
- Clear properties affected by damp, mould, fire, or flood damage
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional conduct and high service standards
- Work across a variety of environments, no two days are the same
Essential Qualifications
