We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service team member to support logistics and administration tasks. Full training will be provided for those looking to develop a career within customer service and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing prompt and effective communication with the Customer Service team.
- Maintaining clear and accurate communication with customers and colleagues.
- Processing customer enquiries and logistics administration.
- Liaising with transport and dispatch teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.
- PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous experience in logistics and/or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
