Hunters' client is a growing and ambitious business based in Brighton, currently looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone early in their career who is looking to develop within a fast-paced business and gain exposure to operations, projects, process improvement and business support activities.
Role
- Provide administrative and operational support across the business
- Maintain and update internal documents, procedures and records
- Assist with process mapping and workflow improvements
- Support the creation of training materials, guides and internal documentation
- Help maintain document control and version management systems
- Liaise with colleagues across different departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Support Senior Leadership Team (at least 3)
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with systems, processes and documentation
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
Desirable
- Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent qualification
- Background in Business, STEM, Engineering, Mathematics or a related subject
- Previous administration, operations, project support or coordination experience
- Exposure to process improvement, project management or continuous improvement activities
