Customer Sales & Service Executive
Location:Brighton / Hove
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 basic + £5,000 - £7,000 OTE bonus
Job Type:37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday & 1 Saturday per month

Customer Sales & Service Executive - The Role
As a Customer Sales & Service Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and ensuring every interaction delivers a first-class experience.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales through excellent customer service and consultative selling.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide expert product advice.
- Deliver exceptional service via telephone, email, live chat and social media.
- Respond to customer enquiries accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Schedule customer appointments and installations efficiently.
Customer Sales & Service Executive - About You
- Previous experience within a customer sales, telesales or customer service environment.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple customer enquiries.
Customer Sales & Service Executive - Salary & Benefits
- £25,000 - £29,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Realistic OTE of £30,000 - £36,000
- Company bonus scheme
- 31 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing with service
