The successful candidate will review claim documentation, maintain benefit payments and provide ongoing support to policyholders throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process claim documentation and supporting evidence.
• Maintain accurate records and administer monthly claim benefit payments.
• Support policyholders and respond to queries by phone and email.
• Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
• Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving claim-related queries.
• Provide reliable administrative support to the wider team.

Skills and Experience

• Previous claims handling, administrative or customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerised systems.
• Accurate data entry skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
