An experienced property manager is required for Hunters’ successful property client to look after a portfolio of rental properties as if they were your own.

Perm FT Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm (day off in lieu)

Property Manager – the job

Managing a portfolio of around 60 HMOs
The main point of contact within the portfolio
Keeping accurate property records
Ensuring our properties and landlords are compliant with legislation
Coordinating repairs and property improvements Property Manager – the fit

Experienced in Property Management
Approachable, friendly and focused on providing excellent customer service
Proactive and organised
Efficient and capable of managing a varied workload
Knowledgeable of the Brighton area
In possession of a UK driving licence Property Manager – benefits
