Ut £30,000 basic (OTE £40,000+, uncapped commission!)

A lettings business developer is required for Hunters’ client, a leading independent property lettings specialist offering a fun, friendly and professional working environment, with an uncapped commission structure.

Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm – with one evening session & 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am–4pm)

· Generate new business – identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and match our services to client needs.
· Conduct rental & sales valuations – provide expert advice on property positioning in the market.
· Negotiate & close deals – ensuring clients achieve their investment goals.
· Develop relationships – establish trust with landlords, investors, and property owners.

Lettings Business Developer – person

• Target-driven & results-oriented – with a proven track record in sales or lettings.
• Driving license.
• Experienced in property sales or lettings – or have an active interest in the Brighton property market.
